Shampoos can not change body functions
dandruff is shedding of dead skin of scalp
non eating of ghee or prevoius histroy of long illness like fever etc are causes for increase on dandruff how shampoo can improve body functions it only wash your hairs and scalp
artificial products like shampoos for long term use are not beneficial for hairs and hair roots as our body is not artificial
for decrease in dandruff internal body functions improvement is must
for which detail histroy needed
splution will change according to the causes
