Dear Lybrate User , Gud Gajak is absolutely good for health because it is prepared from pretty good things with lot of nutrients like Gud - Source of iron ,Tila , Peanut , Dryfruits ,Ghee etc. So any one can take this without any doubt but only one/two piece. Gajak is made by jaggery and peanuts or some other nuts/seeds like sesame seeds etc and each ingredient has its own role in a gajak, but since you emphasized on gudd.
