Fluoride stains are intrinstic ie inside your tooth. Ultrasonic scaling and polishing will not help u.cleanin and polishing ll jus help you to remove extrinsic stains ie superficial. Hi Yasir, there is a different whitening procedure for fluorosis patients. Please visit a specialist dentist. I would recommend you to have laminates done for your front teeth. Though it is expensive but it's going to b more effective. I hope I could b of sm help to you.
