Fluoride stains are intrinstic ie inside your tooth. Ultrasonic scaling and polishing will not help u.cleanin and polishing ll jus help you to remove extrinsic stains ie superficial. If the yellow ness has been removed once of flourosis tt he same can not b there as flourosis can not b of the enamel tissue again at ur age can u send a pic of the yellow teeth with flourosis

Hi Yasir, there is a different whitening procedure for fluorosis patients. Please visit a specialist dentist. I would recommend you to have laminates done for your front teeth. Though it is expensive but it's going to b more effective. I hope I could b of sm help to you.
