Ajay, you can use green tea leaves. What you can do is take one litre bottle of water and put green tea leaves in it. You can keep sipping water from this throughout the day. This way drink up to 2-3 litres of water. Another way is boil water and put green tea leaves in it. Make it as you make any another tea minus milk. Put it in a bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with plain water. Drink it throughout the day. Either of the two methods you can follow. This diluted method of green tea is very beneficial and it will ensure that you have adequate water too in the day. Never have green tea on empty stomach. Consult me privately if need be.
