I am facing a problem of extreme hair loss for past 3 weeks. I'm really worried. I know it's not hereditary. I use loreal hair fall control shampoo and I have also started taking biotin tablets for past one week but can't see any improvement. I'm also medically fit. Kindly help.

Dear lybrate user, According to ayurveda, when pitta hot property of the body increase it damages the roots of hair and ultimately hair fall starts.. First of all, Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, heavy food to digest.. Eat more and more green leafy vegetables.. Drink more water.. Management of stress and anger.. It is the most important thing to do.. Avoid Constipation... Drink milk two times.. Regular walking / yoga / pranayam / meditation etc.. Take easily digestive food more.. Avoid spicy food specialy..
