I am a 28 year old male. My height is 5'10 and I weight just 65 Kgs My diet is normal but I don't gain weight so easily. Please suggest.

Your BMI is 20.5. It means your weight is in normal range. You should aim to be fit and strong. Eat healthy. Eat fruits .dry fruits. Milk products etc. Eat natural. Stay fit and stay happy.
