If you are allergic to any particular food substance then you need to avoid it. Otherwise you can eat any food which is freshly prepared and does not contain preservatives. If you like curds then you can take it once daily. The general guidelines are - avoid junk food, refined flour, sodas and packaged juices as they contain lots of sugars and preservatives. Try to eat fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses) daily. Take proper rest (sleep for 6-8 hrs ). Start mild exercise / yoga and increase the stamina and general strength. If required you can start homeopathy if the asthma / liver complaints persist. You can contact me for a private consultation for further details.
