My answers will be as follows. 1. There are no dietary supplements effective for OCD. Only proper medications and psychotherapy will be effective. 2. Taurine type of Amino acids are not well studied or effective for schizophrenia. Make sure the sufferer is taking necessary medicine. 3. Role of dietary creatine for muscle mass is questionable.
