Protein powder does not create weight loss. Every gram of protein gives 4 Cals to body. As much as carbohydrates. Try to go in for balanced diet. Take proteins from natural sources. Veg. Milk, cheese, curd, beans, mushrooms, Dal's etc N.Veg. Eggs Chicken Fish etc Jogging is good exercise. Do it regularly and you will lose Weight.
