Dear lybrateuser, - You should have a well balanced diet which will provide you with all the essential nutrients for proper growth & development - keep your food timings, activity timings, sleep time regular as it will help you increase your appetite - do regular exercise such as jogging, cycling, swimming, playing outdoor games as then you will feel hungry - have more of fruits & vegetables, protein foods like egg, milk & milk products, non veg if you take, nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, legumes, peas, sprouts, spinach these are healthy foods which provide one with the essential vitamins & minerals avoid, spicy, deep fried & junk food, processed food, aerated drinks, sugar containing snacks as they reduce appetite.
