You need to have small meals or snacks every 2 or 3 hours. they should be rich in calories, for which you can ghee or butter. like ghee on rotj or rice, cheese with sandwich, butter in soups, milk powder in milk. You need to slowly increase the protein in your diet. if you take non veg then have eggs or lean chicken. have fruits milkshakes Daily. add milk powder to it. have a variety of dry fruits daily.a ll this needs to be done daily for an extended period of time for it to have an effect on your body.
