iPill is high dose hormone, only for emergency. it has several side effects and is not 100% effective in preventing preheat. it's always better to start contraceptive pills or use condom

Hello, iPill is an emergency contraceptive which should be used on regular basis because it has high dose of hormones and it has its own side effects. If you have given iPill within 72 hours of unprotected inteercourse, she will likely be not pregnant but 100% surety is not there.
