Hello, I am advance athlete (Cricketer) who is always training whether in gym or in the ground so please tell what food should I take to gain some weight and which whey protein should I have to get results quickly?

Take more of fish, egg, as it has good protein value tat adds to your stamina n energy. Go for energy boosters like fresh juices, milkshakes, etc to gain weight. U can also have sprouts as they havmore nutritional value n good protein content than many other foods. Also prefer beans n pulse group foods to gain weight through protein.
