I am 31 weeks pregnant. 24 years old, first pregnancy. I had an endometriosis in my right ovary. Therefore have to go for cesarean section. At how many weeks will I be able to do the delivery. Should I have to wait till 40 weeks if no problem arises.

Endometriosis is not an indication for caesarean section, and it is never operated at the time of delivery even if it is caesarean. IF THERE IS NO OTHER problem you can wait till your ldelivery pains begin.

It is not essential to wait for 40 weeks. After 37 weeks, the operation may be performed. Yet, I would day it is the sole discretion of the treating doctor who will monitor all aspects before taking this decision.
