If you boil beetroot, will the nutrients be still the same? Raw beetroot doesn't suit me much whereas I can eat boiled beetroot easily.

Hi, after boiling the beetroot, water soluble vitamin A which is the essence of beetroot, get dissolved in water. So, you would be taking only the fibre part which helps in the digestion of food!
