I workout daily. So I want to take creatine. Is creatine supplement safe? How long in need to use this supplement. And also tell me about side effects.

Creatine is not too safe and has side-effects if taken continuously for a long time. You can increase your muscle mass by increasing your protein intake. Take milk & milk products / eggs / chicken / fish / dal / chana/ chole / paneer . Have a balanced diet.
