I do my penis workout regularly and my current size is 17 cm (when erect), but it leads to confusion on two important exercises, i.e Jelqing and kegel. Which is more effective, Dry Jelq or Wet Jelq? This same goes to kegel also, should we have to do Kegel on empty bladder or we should perform when urinating? Please guide me so that I can do my workouts successfully. I do a combination of Dry Jelq along with Stretching followed by kegel at the end. Is my penis size is good enough or should I have to gain more. Hoping for your immediate and kind response.

Don't get so overconsios about your penis size it is good enough as far as exercises are concerned all have their positive effects you can do a mixture of all.
