Dear user, you are a mouth breather then it means you breathe through your mouth and not through your nose. You might have some blockage in your nose that is why you breathe through mouth at night. Start taking boiling water steam before you lie down at night, this will clear your nasal passage in case of any blockage.

Try breathing from nose rather than mouth. During day time also you can practice breathing from nose. Habit removing appliance can be used such as oral screen can be used. So go for proper consultation and plan accordingly.
