For losing weight, you need to modify your diet & lifestyle: 1. Have small frequent meals ayt regular intervals instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Eat slowly chewing each bite well 3. Avoid skipping meals 4. Avoid junk/processed/ready to eat/ fried/sugary/ outside foods, soft & hard drinks, sweets, chocolate, candy, ice cream 5.
