It is a type of headache which is initially unilateral (right/left side of head) and localized in the front side and eye area of head, but the pain can be felt anywhere around the head or neck. There may be associated nausea, vomiting, intolerance to light, and many others. If you have this type of symptoms, follow the advice: 1. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg within 15 min of starting headache. If headache does not respond to paracetamol, you may take tablet headset one tablet at the start of headache, you can repeat again after 2 hours of previous dose but maximum 2 doses in a day. 2. Yoga, meditation, stress relieving techniques help you in relieving symptoms. 3. Identify the trigger which causes this type of headache, and avoid that i. E. Coffee, alcohol, chocolate, any particular fruit or nut, or else. Consult again with answer (yes or no) to following questions for further prescription to manage your migraine: 1. Unilateral location (right or left side) 2. Pulsating or throbbing quality of headache 3. Moderate or severe pain intensity 4. Aggravation by or causing avoidance of routine physical activity (example - walking, climbing stairs) 5. Nausea and/or vomiting. 6. Intolerance to light or sound while headache.
