I am Losing my hair from past few times, I don't change my shampoo very often, am using the same shampoo from very long time, I oil my hair still am losing them, thickness of hair has been gone. I can notice the thinning hair n I can also notice my scalp and roughness of hair, they are no longer shinny. I am very much worried please suggest me what can I do ? Please suggest something.
