more details pertaining to your medical history needed like variation of blood pressure through out the day you should walk at least 5 to 6 kms in a day and avoid fried ,salty and processed food . Limit the intake of sodium in your diet ,drink atleast 3 to 4 L of water per day Things which can be added to your diet flaxseeds , banana
