From last one month my breakfast routine is disturbed and sometime skipping. Will it lead to any serious health issue.

Hello sir, breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it gives you energy to work the whole day. It will not have immediate serious issues, but in the long run, it can lead to acidity, lack of concentration in work and nutritional imbalance. If you find little time for breakfast, you can have quick and easy breakfast anytime before 10: 00 am like a fruit, milk with corn flakes, one boiled egg with one toast or a vegetable sandwich.
