Hi It is always better to go in for natural foods instead of supplements. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Else go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy
