Hello- hydrocoel is the collection of fluid in the scrotal sac making it appear like a water filled bag or pouch. Testicle are increased in size along with this scrotal edema. Increase in testicular size alone can not be marked as hydrocoel. However if the size of testis are big as compared to in previous years, it might affect your sperm production and fertility. It also affect your sex life. Ayurvedic medicines can effectively cure your problems.
