Hello I am 28 years old I suffer from mild anxiety but the main problem is I am facing sleep problems. I am not able sleep more than 4 and half or 5 hours that too I can sleep late night and wake up early which is affecting my life in many ways. I tried maintaining sleep hygiene and all. But not able to find solution kindly shower with some guidance. Take melatonin 3 mg sometimes which is generic medicine of Dr. morepen it helps to some extent but not able to get desired results.
