My child is 11 months old. He getting rashes on his face on skin & dandruff like on his scalp mostly on winter time or on air conditioned room. What should I do?

Hello , dandruff is basically a fungal infection of the scalp . To avoid getting dandruff , stop oiling especially when you feel the scalp is itchy and flaky as that will aggravate the condition . For now you could apply an anti dandruff shampoo like scalpe etc on the baby's head and leave it for about a minute and then wash it off backwards so it does not go into the eyes of the baby .Use the shampoo twice a week for 4 weeks . Also never tie the hair when wet. Hope that helps !
