Hello doctor I am 21years old and I am 60kg weight but only 157cm height so I want to decrease some weights, tell me best exercise routine! am very free to follow those routine! suggest me good workout.

Dear , you are around 3-5 kgs over weight. Cut down on carbohydrates in your diet and restrict calorie uptake to 1000 cals max. 1 hr walk or 30 mins brisk walk followed by 15 mins of jogging will help you reach your target weight in 2-3 months. Best of luck.
