I am 23 years old guy and I used to smoke earlier. Now I left smoking but the stamina is still very less. Can you help me out please by telling how should I increase my stamina?

You can increase your stamina by following ways: 1. Regular exercise for 1 hr 2. physically active lifestyle-taking stairs, walking down 3. Have 3 litres water daily 4. Have regular 8 hrs sleep 5 Reduce mental stress by meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga 6. Have a balanced diet with all five food groups- grains, pulses/lean meat, vegetables, fruits & dairy (low fat) 7. Include good quality protein in your diet
