I am not feeling well. Yesterday I was feeling heavy to breathe, not able to talk, continue I was feeling cold, body pain, headache. Not able to eat, food tasting bland, I went to the doctor. They check and suggested taking injection and provided medicine. They check and said bp was high. After taking medicine today I was feeling ok till I take medication but after a few hours headache started and again started feeling cold and body pain. Please suggest should I take same medication or should I visit another doctor?

Continue taking the same medication. They might have given you an injection due to which your body pains, fever and headache came down. Since body pains, cold are clinical manifestation of viral fever you need to take the entire course of medication until the cause is cured. Get your bp check up done.
