The blood group of my wife has weak expression of the d antigen. Thus some labs consider it as o- and some as o+ I have got blood group test done from about 8-9 different labs and some shows it positive while other negative. Srl labs and Dr. Lal labs shows result as o weak positive. And they say that they perform du testing to confirm the blood group. 2 questions: - in case of blood transfusion should we consider her as an o- recipient or o+ recipient? - since she is pregnant (7 months now), should she be given anti-d injection?
