I am suffering from ed & premature ejaculations from a long time. I get erection but it lasts momentarily. I am married for 2 years now ,but not had penetrative sex even once. I am 43 years now. Is my ailment curable by medication or I will have to undergo surgery? I am afraid of surgery. If my ailment can be cured with medication. How much approximate duration it will take to get cured?
