To reduce weight change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, spacy, junck, fast, foods. Take simpale veg home made food with vegitabale salad. In lunch 2 to 3 chapati 1 katory dal green vegitabales end salad in noon less sugar tea with marry3 biscuites end dinner also same. After dinner walk 1 to 2 km. Slowly daily. Avoid over eating take less as you fill hungery. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking. In office after 2 hours gets up end walk in office few minuties than start work take 3 to 4 litter water. Sleep 6 to 8 hours. Feedback to me.
