Hi, banana is a high glycemic fruits and high calorie. 1 banana =100 kcal. I suggest, avoid banana, you can prefer apple.

Banana is not to be eaten by a diabetes patient. Because it is high in sugar, gets converted to glucose very rapidly. All types of bananas are to be avoided. If your blood sugar level is very strictly controlled with fasting around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg/100 ml & hba1c%<6.8, then may be very occasionally one small banana may be taken. But best is to avoid. Thanks.
