My son is 10 years old. He had spotted blood in urine 3 weeks ago. Usg-abdomen and kub-ct confirmed cystitis, bladder wall thickening of 5.6 mm, bilateral moderate hydro utero nephrosis. He is on anti-bacterial medications for past 3 weeks, uti symptoms are not seen now. Mcug test report is normal. What could be the root-cause of bilateral hydro-uterro-nephrosis? Could it be due to any of previous incidents of uti? How should we proceed now?
