Hi, i'm 24 years old, I had my first sex in life@age 20 year 2019 and ever since then I hadn't gotten into any relationship and whenever i'm horny ever since then I masturbate and now I notice my testicles in my scrotum has reduced in size over the year. Please why? And what can I do to stop my masturbation and aside that also what is wrong with my testicles size reduction?

Hello- testicle shrinkage (testicular atrophy) occurs when the testes, located inside the scrotum, diminish in size because of aging, injury, prescription drugs, or exhaustion from excessive masturbation and ejaculation. Diminished testicles are too accompanied by the loss of reproduction function, which can result in low sperm count or unhealthy sperm. The severity of testicle shrinkage caused by over masturbation develops in stages. During the problematic stage, the sufferer experiences performance anxiety and weak erections. The severe stage finds him with back pain, while the addictive stage causes impotence. Finally, during the severely addictive stage, a male experiences all of the aforementioned symptoms, plus testicular shrinkage and groin and testicular pain.
