I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these symptoms. There are many possible causes of numbness and tingling in the hands and legs, as well as muscle aches and pains. Some possible causes include nerve damage, circulation problems, vitamin deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and neurological conditions. Given your low vitamin d levels, it's possible that your symptoms could be related to this deficiency. Vitamin d is important for maintaining healthy nerves and muscles, among other functions. However, it's also possible that there could be other underlying causes contributing to your symptoms. I would recommend that you speak with your doctor about your symptoms, as they can help determine the underlying cause and recommend appropriate treatment. They may want to perform additional tests or refer you to a specialist, depending on their initial evaluation. In the meantime, it may be helpful to focus on maintaining a healthy diet and getting adequate rest and exercise. You could also consider taking a vitamin d supplement, if your healthcare provider recommends it.
