A monkey just jumped on my back, and touched my back but there was no sign of a scratch, abrasion or bleeding. Should I take a rabies shot?

The important criterion is Monkey should be infected with Rabies. If so if any of the secretions of this infected monkey did enter your body i.e. under your skin as indicated by a scratch or bite resulting in bleeding wound. Since there was no such possibility in this case as described. You may safely ignore the incident.
