I observed white spots on my tonsils and learnt it to be strep throat. I took azithromycin 500 mg once a day for three days. The third day is today and I see no improvement in my throat. Should I continue taking the same dosage for two more days? I am not getting any fever or any other disorders. Just pain in throat!Please help sir .
