I am student studying 11 th standard tell me that when to sleep and get up earlier can I use these phones in 11th and 12th standard to get good marks.

You should take atleast 7to 8 hrs sleep in the night get up early say around 5 or 6 am and sleep around 10 pm that will be the best time for you study as much as you can in the mornings as that is the the time when your mind is fresh concentrate on your studies best of luck.
