I'm 27 year old female. Since past 2 days i'm getting lot of burps after eating food. I tried having ginger tea, lemon juice etc. But still having this problem.Please help sir .

Dear lybrateuser, -avoid spicy, fried & junk food these increase the acidity -take more of fruits & vegetables, donot skip meals, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after having food, have snacks in between meals if hungry, can have butter milk, fruit juice, fruit or yogurt -have syrup gelusil 2 teaspoonful three times a day before meals -do regular exercise like walking 20-30 min a day, do yoga as it helps in digestion.
