I play football on academy level. My age is 18 years. One month ago I got an ankle jerk (not ankle twist). Now my ankle has recovered as much as to walk and jogging without pain. Now I want to get back same strength in my right (main foot) ankle to play more intensely. I have been trying some ankle movements like rotation, single leg squat, single leg hope ,etc but the recovery is very slow. Help me for faster recovery?
