I been chewing tobacco from last 6 years daily and from last 7 months I have white marks inside my mouth and there's ulcer or you can say chaandi in right side of my mouth, it's not going I went to dentist twice they told me to apply cream and vitamins but it's not going it hurts every time I eat something spicy also I can't stop chewing tobacco. Pls help.

Dear sir you probably have submucosal fibrosis. No medicine will cure it unless you give up chewing tobacco. Please also realize that this is a precancerous condition and you are putting yourself at grave risk. Please visit a tobacco cessation clinic near you fir assistance.
