I am 22 and I am not able to get the erection. I had sex with my gf and I used viagra for continues sex several times in few months I also took viagra with alcohol Now i'm able to get erection But it's not the full erection I also used to masturbate So have I became impotent Or I can be fit naturally without any medication. please advice me something regarding this problem.

Hi onion is very good vegetable to treat sexual impotence. It increases libido and strengthens reproducing organs. White onions are best for this purpose. Take about 5-10 gm root powder of ladyfinger in a glass of milk. Add 2 tsp of mishri in this milk and drink it. This will prove helpful in improving sexual vigour.
