First of all, you need to avoid taking too much salt in your meals. Also avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking etc. You make take tab. Meclozine for relief. If these things dont get relief, some people also recommend intra tympanic steroid injections. Surgical correction is also an option, however there is always a chance of some degree of hearing loss.
