Hi! all these symptoms are normal in pregnancy. You should try n eat small meals, every 2 to 3 hrs. Avoid going empty stomach for prolonged hours. Avoid oily, soucy and junk food. Drink lots of water and liquids throughout the day, at least 10 to 12 glasses. You also need to take folic acid for three months.
