My upper left premolar tooth gum is paining with swelling. This may be probably due to extraction of adjacent tooth, due to which this tooth is getting hurt while chewing.

Yes probably it is due to traumatic extraction of the adjacent tooth. Sometimes this can happen. Rinse your mouth after having meals immedaitely with warm saline water. Keep your oral hygiene good. Don't disturb that area with tongue. And visit your dentist for further advice. You can apply gum paint to soothe and heal that area.
