Hi dr, my penis foreskin is always dry. My glans are also dry mostly. I have an uncircumcised penis. There is no smell or pain or itching. I usually retract my foreskin and clean the penis and shaft with water everyday when I bathe. I find that masturbation has not been easy for me due to the dry skin. Please advise. Thanks!
