I am getting a very nasty headache while I am wearing my helmet while driving! I don't understand about my problem can you please explain me and help me to Sort this out?

You might be suffering from external compression headache. On wearing a Helmet there is pressure over the cutaneous nerves of scalp and forehead, resulting in headache.Treatment for this is avoidance of the pressure causing agent. Avoid driving a 2 wheeler as I can't recommend you to avoid wearing a helmet. You can even try another helmet with a different fit which is loose .If problem persists consult again.
