These are signs of hirsutism. Hirsutism may be idiopathic (or without any known cause), due to hormonal imbalance, pcod or thyroid disorders, medications like topical steroids, etc. Your doctor may advise you to get a hormonal profile done, for proper diagnosis and treatment. Laser hair removal is a good option for long term hair reduction if hormonal imbalance has been treated.
